His Holiness Swami Vasudevanand, Shankaracharya of Jyotishpith was the Chief Guest on the occasion. The Shankaracharya presented the following to Dr. Satya Vrat Shastri on the occasion: The Citation and The Idol of Shreevani (Sarasvati) after whom the Decoration is named.
